“The staff are really friendly and helpful, there’s a big car park and it’s in a great location. I wanted to say more positives but not sure I can.
Breakfast is poor, portions are so small, they’d run out of loads of things, food was served still frozen and staff are super stressed and there clearly isn’t enough of them.
The room is tiny. If two of you are staying with bags it’s really difficult and one of you is shuffling in a tiny gap to get in and out of bed. No bed side tables and no plugs...

“This is a very old Inn with oak beams and uneven floors. The facilities were good however the room was unbearably hot. Even though we had 2 fans on we were just covered in sweat as soon as we came out of the shower. It was impossible to sleep.”

Rooms a good size with desk and sofa and a nice bathroom, air-con would be a welcome addition though.
