Staff were all friendly and always said hello/good morning. Front desk woman was very accommodating; we got in a night earlier than expected and while I had booked another night, she ensured we wouldn't have to swap rooms the next morning which was very nice for her. Room was very clean and nice, bed was kinda hard/stiff but that's personal preference. We LOVED the breakfast there; many more choices than typical hotel. The outdoor area was lovely, with plenty of seating and firepits. Large containers of shampoo/conditioner/soap which I always appreciate. My husband was grateful for the ironing board and iron, although the iron seemed dirty or something as it left dark marks on his white shirt. Parking seemed like there was always enough for everyone. Overall a lovely experience, great staff and wonderful vibes.
