Stayed here (with our dog!) while moving our daughter into the dorms at the UW-Stout. The room was perfect, the staff was friendly, location couldn't be beat. Will definitely be staying here again.

Location was very convenient, parking lot was spacious. Bed was very comfy, shower pressure was better than other hotels but the shower floor made a weird noise with every step. Room was very spacious. Would definitely stay again.

We booked last minute and it was not a problem. Check in was smooth and our room was large and had a great view! Just outside the property is a beautiful lake with a walking path which we enjoyed. We grabbed a burger at the silver dollar, only 1 blocks walk from the property. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast was very nice, loads of choices and it was constantly being replenished. The breakfast area was a bright and spacious room, Not just a spot in the lobby. Highly recommend!

Check in was easy. The gal at the front desk was very helpful. Wifi was terrible. Couldn’t even get the hotel to register as an available wifi source. Breakfast was advertised as being available but we didn’t know it started at 7:00am. Asked at 6:52 if we could grab something and go (we had to be on the road by 7:00), but the person at the desk kind of looked at me blankly and said “I don’t know anything about that.” Really? The breakfast lounge was literally 10 steps away from him. Toilet flusher doesn’t work unless you hold it down for about 3-4 seconds. Lavatory door does not close entirely bcz it’s not aligned with the door frame. Nice location but rooms need some serious maintenance.
