“We booked 5 rooms to accommodate my husband and I and four of our adult children, spouses and their kids. We had other family members join us to visit since they haven’t seen some of our kids in a very long time and never met our grandchildren. We had a great time!! The staff was awesome, rooms were clean and welcoming! Will definitely stay again 😊”

“Day time manager was super nice and helpful. Nighttime manager was helpful but lacked personality and acted almost a little annoyed with everyone. Cleaners did an amazing job. We really enjoyed our stay and we appreciated that they allowed us to leave a day early to get in front of a snow storm to keep our family safe. Overall stay was excellent. The view was beautiful too!”

“The staff because VERY AGRESSIVE with me after I told them I found a roach in my room. I have videos of when I was alive, when I killed it and left in on top of the sink. I let the staff know and one of them because VERY aggressive with me saying that I wanted a free room when I had already checked out AND PAYED IN FULL for my room. I never asked for a type of compensation or anything but he started screaming at me and telling me I brought the roach with me. UNACCEPTABLE ”
