Vacations Close To Eastside Village Shopping Center

The hotel has been renovated. We had a great stay

The Total South Beach Condos were clean and the Sunsational Group was so kind. They helped with every sing le part of our trip. We can't wait to go back next year!

Some of the property was showing its age. But the stand out are the staff that work there. Everyone was so warm & helpful. My sisters & I were having a sisters vacation & your staff made us feel so welcome. If I could shout out a few staff members. Nicole at the lobby bar. It was her bday but she made us feel special. Sandy at the shops was so kind to us. We did visit with Sandy a few times. Rob from the beach hut took care of us on our first day at the beach. Also the young man with curly brown hair. He took our picture on the swing. Diana, Hannah & Taylor who served us at the restaurant. Our housekeeper was also so friendly. I didn’t get her name. We had a great time at the beach. Thank you for creating memories for us to treasure.

Cons: Watch out for 25$ a day for parking at the resort added to your bill…. You MUST tip if you are buying aloe or suntan lotion from the gift shop that is way over price. If you have 4 people in your room, you can only get 1 umbrella and 2 chairs the other 2 people are stuck without an umbrella and a chair. Rooms are out dated and if you have a neighbor that smokes it will fill up your room with cigarette smell. Also, We did not have hot water for our showers the first night. Maintenance was called and apologized. Pros: Housekeeping was great. The staff at Pete’s were great and attentive My family and I would not stay here again. I would not recommend. Definitely would not define this hotel as a 4 star hotel.
