Our innkeepers were great and the inn is very nice, in great central location for a cape visit. Only drawback is that some of the rooms have separate bathrooms down the hall that aren't air conditioned so if you care make sure you check.

Excellent Inn!

We had a lovely stay at this Inn. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were cordial. It was a great choice for our Eastham stay.

We visit Cape Cod at least once a year and always stay here. It is cozy and quiet and just across the road from the visitor center. The new owners couldn’t be nicer and make us feel right at home. Why would we stay anywhere else?

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a delicious variety that started each day on a high note. Our room was incredibly comfy and inviting, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The flowers were in full bloom and all the gardens were beautifully maintained. The common areas of the house were comfortable and inviting and there were outdoor spaces to enjoy as well. Breakfast was a treat, especially if you like waffles! Lots of variety to choose from. The hosts went out of their way to make sure our stay was a delight. They were very knowledgeable about the area and offered suggestions and provided information when asked. We would definitely return.

The Inn at the Oaks is under new ownership and is just lovely, and I was lucky to see it with everything in bloom. It provides very easy access to the National Seashore Visitor Center across the road.

This was our first visit to Inn at the Oaks and were thrilled with our visit. We are long-time visitors to the Cape and are very pleased with this find. Friendliness, cleanliness, delicious breakfast, etc. are a priority! Beautiful historic home too!
