I found myself traveling on the highway in need of a place to stay with a pet and my daughter wasn’t expecting on finding such a nice place. The property was very clean. The employees were very nice and helpful. The rooms were overall clean for the most part it was nice having the option for indoor and outdoor swimming, I will definitely be renting here again..

The man at the front desk was very friendly. Upon entering the room, it smelled sort of musty and it looked like it hasn’t changed in a few decades. The lock worked but was a little stiff. The fridge was big and had a freezer drawer in it. The tv had subtle permanent static going across it. They have an outdoor pool that closes at 7 pm but we weren’t able to use it because of the weather.

The first room I was put in had rusty metal on and in the bathtub and missing ceiling tiles over the tub. To be fair they moved me immediately on my walking to the office with photos, but that the room hadn’t been checked before giving a guest the key was shocking. The room I then was given lacked any cups or plastic glasses. It was well cleaned. The breakfast at neighboring Sheraton, “sister property” was standard good, and service very nice. I left after one night of my two night stay. There was no possibility of a refund, although I informed them the night before, and left at their checkout time.

Great location and peaceful area. Room size was decent. First of all there were so many flys, mosquitoes and bugs in the room and bathroom. Lights were not working completely, very old lights and tv. Bathroom has the glass shelf installed just above the wash basin so you got to be very careful if you are washing your mouth and leaning, sunlight get hurt. No house keeping schedule, we stayed for 4 days and wherever we come back the room is not cleaned, we had to tell them for house keeping and that too was done for only one day. No coffee or breakfast available, we had to go to adjacent hotel to get the coffee or breakfast as the owner was same. Overall great location since beaches and other places were nearby but staying conditions is not good.

Staff were very nice. Helped with suggestions for food in area. Room was conveniently located. It was great to use Sheraton Four Points restaurant and fitness room. Only one thing I would change- temperature of water in shower varied dramatically when in use, and bathroom was small. Otherwise, a great stay.

The off season rate for this hotel made it a deal. My room was nicely appointed and clean with consideration to the end of season. Unfortunately, it was very musty smelling upon arrival. The office personnel was a gem. we chatted for awhile and I felt very welcomed. The BEST part of this location was access to its sister hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the privacy of the outdoor pool during my stay. Ive stayed here over the eyars and will definately return,

It was ok.

It was ok. The bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size. The refrigerator didn’t have a freezer compartment and the air conditioner didn’t work very well. If you wanted room service you had to request it so we had to go to the office for towels and toilet paper. The pool was nice and fellow guests were friendly.

The room was clean, the beds, pillows and linens were comfortable. In-room A/C for climate control. It was a non-smoking room (located on the upper level) but people smoked briefly on the balcony down the porch from where we were staying. The bedside wall lamp on the side of one bed lacked a knob for turning it on or off. In the morning we walked next door to have the breakfast buffet at the Sheraton Four Points (excellent coffee and fresh fruit) with the typical buffet fare. There are better breakfast options within driving distance but this was good enough. Overall, this is a basic motel in a good location. We were grateful we could find a property that did not demand a 2-night minimum given the Labor Day holiday weekend.

Arrived. They had no hangers for clothes. office said everyone steals them. Bought some at tj maxx Air conditioning did not work Could not open window no screen We were out almost all day Sunday, but room was never made up. Had to call for towels for the next day!!! The pool was refreshing though

The good is that it was pet friendly. The bad was that the room we had was horrible. Leaky bathroom sink. The shower had hair in the drain and there were spiders everywhere as well as the Tv was outdated and beds were small for queen size and very uncomfortable

Loved this place ! I love the more vintage type feel than the more expensive extra clean rooms ….the newer type buildings feel like an office space . This place reminded me of Hotel Lincoln in Chicago, which is great!

Check-in was extremely slow and then when we got to the room realized that the window was not able to be secured (there was loose duct tape on the window which was no longer even sticking). There was also noticeable mold in the bathroom. We requested to switch rooms since we could not lock our belongings in the first floor room with a window that could be opened. The staff was apologetic and promptly gave us a new room which was better. That said, it was clear that someone tried to duct tape rather than fix the issue and gave the room out anyway which was a bit concerning.
