Fantastic place to stay.

Love staying here. Always a warm welcome on arrival. Rooms are fantastic and breakfast is just the best. Couldn’t recommend this hotel any higher.

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay at the Ravilious more. The hosts were very welcoming and a wealth of helpful information for hikes and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Doubt there is better place to stay in Eastbourne. Absolutely spotless. Wonderful breakfast. Great hosts. Ideal for Conference centre and LTA.

We had a fantastic stay at Ravilious – Chris and Caroline are warm, welcoming and helpful hosts. It was the perfect base for exploring Eastbourne and the surrounding countryside. Our room was spotlessly clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Breakfasts were outstanding with so much choice, including vegetarian options, and all beautifully prepared and delicious. We also really appreciated the local restaurant recommendations, which were spot on. We would highly recommend a stay here and hope to visit again soon.

Brilliant property one of the best places I've stayed in a long while and I have been travelling a lot recently. The owners are brilliant wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel if you are coming to Eastbourne.

The friendly owners made us feel very welcome, with lots of information about the area.The accommodation was in a perfect position for us, close to the theatres and just a walk away from the front. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices.

Best place to stay.

Welcome and check in brilliant and very friendly as always. A nice room upgrade on arrival. Room clean, spacious, and comfy. Just what I needed after my 200 mile drive to get there. The guys as always couldn’t have done any more to make it a nice stay. Breakfast top notch as always. Great place to stay.

What an amazing place beautiful decor enormous rooms . Was greeted on arrival with a smile and offered a map and if we needed any recommendations for restaurants etc. The breakfast,eggs benedict was the best we've ever had. Would definitely stay again.x

What a gem of a boutique hotel! Perfectly located in a charming part of Eastbourne, it’s just a short stroll from a fantastic selection of quality restaurants. Caroline and Chris are truly exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and full of great local knowledge. The rooms are beautifully appointed with top-notch quality and attention to detail. And the breakfast? Absolutely outstanding. There’s something for everyone: from fresh fruit, cereals, and yogurts to overnight oats and a full English breakfast—all delicious and thoughtfully prepared. During our stay, Caroline and Chris shared great tips for exploring the area, including the best hiking routes along the Seven Sisters and must-visit spots around town. This boutique hotel is an absolute must-stay—you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful ! My husband and I stayed for one night at The Ravillious and we will definitely be going back ! We had a wonderful warm and friendly welcome from the hosts . Raving about Ravilious!

Ravilious was a great find! Fabulously well appointed, spacious room with excellent service from Chris (sorry we didn't get to meet Caroline!). It was conveniently located close to the centre of town, restaurants and the promenade. Breakfast was well prepared and tasty. We will be back!

Eastbourne 2 night break

Very friendly place to stay. Car parking on the street at £2 per day, easy to arrange with owners. Hotel centrally located (for theatre, station, tennis, shops, pier, restaurants) so didn't have to move the car. Was able to leave our cases before check-in time. Hotel very clean and comfortable, we will definitely return. Cooked breakfast very good. Lots of good local information including money off map.
