A beautiful big twin room with sea views. Excellent owners. Extra touches such as brownies cookies and pillow spray in the room. Fantastic location by the sea and the pier. Value for money. We will be back!

John and Sarah could'nt do enough for us, they were perfect hosts. Great location, you can see the sea from the front bedroon which was lovely. A great room with lots of space and very nice decoration. A perfect location if you like running, swimming or walking. Lots of choice for breakfast and cooked really well. If you want to stay in Eastbourne Gyves guest house is a perfect place to stay.

We loved our stay at Gyves Guest House. The room was clean and nicely designed. Breakfast was delicious. Veggie and vegan options available. The true highlight was the hosts' hospitality and the personal touches: home made brownie bites and biscuits in the room, information about what to do in the area and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.

We were there for one night. First time visiting the area and the guest house. Very friendly and hard working couple. Breakfast was very tastey and lots of it. Home made bread and delicous home made jam/marmalade. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. Very close to seaside but parking could be an issue in popular months.

Parking was a challenge. We dropped off the bags at the door and drive around to look for a space to park. We found a lovely pub down the street for dinner Green King Crown & Anchor. We found the accommodation clean , quiet but on the third floor with no lift. Perfect for a reasonable over night .

Gyves guest house was amazing, the owners went above and beyond with lots of little touches including homemade brownies in our spotless room. The breakfast menu catered for all, lovely fresh homemade produce. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.
