The hotel is in a great position with friendly staff, very helpful people. The food is very good and competitively priced for the location. I stayed in a single room with seaview, room was clean, with TV, kettle, coffees etc. I have stayed here a few times and will be back.

The Cumberland is a great little hotel, we stayed two night for the air show and we had a brilliant time. The rooms were clean and well maintained, we had a partial sea view room which was really nice and an inland accessible room which was spacious with twin beds which worked well for us. The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. I contacted them before arriving to make sure that they were okay accommodating my dad electric wheelchair. We had a slight issue with the WiFi and internet in general coz it was the air show and it was very busy. The Cumberland is a great place to stay and watch the airshow from as it is right on beach in the middle of the all the action. I would definitely recommend The Cumberland to watch the airshow from. Love forward to seeing you again Cumberland.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The food and drink prices are good. The food is excellent. The only downside was there were no fans in the rooms. The windows opened, due to the heat there was no cool air.
