“The property itself was beautiful in a great spot overlooking the Firth of Forth . Our room was fine with a sea view. The Spa and pool area was very good.. However our room seemed to be next to a boiler of sorts on a timer every 15 minutes it started up even during the night which wasn’t great for sleeping . The staff who were all young had an attitude as if someone had stolen their sweets ! Young adults need direction from management in how to treat guests so I would cut them some slack...

“It was mostly clean, bed was clean, facilities were. I could see spills on wall, but otherwise quite clean. Bathroom very clean and shared kitchen kept well. Was in area a little ways from city centre but not too much of a walk from the end of the Royal Mile. A safe area, coffee shops and groceries nearby.”

“A little dated, limited restaurant menu, no espresso coffee at breakfast. Very comfortable all the same. ”
