“We arrived and there was a sign on the door telling us to call a number to check in. My husband had to call the number at least 7 or 8 times before someone answered. The restaurant was closed that night. This was very frustrating after driving on country roads for hours and being out in the middle of nowhere. “Perfectly located (bang in the middle of Fowey), extremely helpful staff, lovely spacious room with stunning view, and fab decking area over looking the estuary. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is that there isn’t any parking so have to go to one of the town’s public car parks. Having said that, we pulled up outside the hotel, put all our luggage in reception before going to park the car.”
