This was mine and my daughter's first trip to the Hamptons and we had the pleasure of staying at Carole's B&B. I would highly recommend anyone going to the Hamptons who's looking for good accommodations that are very close to one of the best beaches in the Hamptons and nice restaurants and not too far from Southampton to stay here, especially for such a reasonable price that can't be beat. We had a nice clean room with a queen size bed and bathroom with shower and Carole made us a nice breakfast with eggs, fruit and toast (but I would avoid the meat option with breakfast). Carole also gave us very good recommendations of the best beach to go to near her house and the best drives and the best restaurants and towns to visit.

This was a very nice house that had a good sized room and bathroom that my husband and I stayed in for 2 nights. It was very well maintained and in a very good location, easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. The owner, Carole was very nice and helpful. The only thing that I would change is the breakfast time. It would have been better if it started earlier than 9 am for those that want to get an early start to their day. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Carole’s Bed and Breakfast is a wonderful step back in time—a charming, quaint retreat that perfectly captures the character and hospitality of the Hamptons. The property is ideally located within walking distance of Shinnecock Bay and beautiful Ponquogue Beach, while also sitting adjacent to the lovely town center of East Quogue. One of the best aspects of staying here is the ability to walk into town and enjoy the local flavor. East Quogue offers a welcoming small-town atmosphere with a local bar, Chinese and sushi restaurants, and even a wonderful old-fashioned barber shop that feels like a throwback to another era. Within a short drive, you’ll find additional charming town centers and a wide variety of excellent local restaurants. Whether you are visiting to enjoy the scenery, experience the local culture, or play some of the area's world-class golf courses, Carole’s Bed and Breakfast is the perfect home base.
