The check in and check out process was smooth and the personal at front desk was very nice. The property looks great in the lobby and pool area, but the room looks and feels incomplete. The kitchen in the website describes that the kitchen has kitchen dishes, cook appliances and more (fully functional kitchen) and that is fake advertisement. Also we booked for 8 people and just received 4 towels at the property.
Breakfast ticket for two was included which I appreciate very much. Pool area are AMAZING and they have 2 beautiful pools and the lobby is Gorgeous. In general what you pay for a night for 8 people is more than enough if you don’t have plans to cook anything. If you want to save money and cook at the property you better bring your own utensils.
