The staff was super nice and helpful but the overall experience was ok. The pillows are less than ideal. They are thin, square tiny pillows that I wouldn’t even call a pillow. There are no coffee makers in the room, no hair dryers, irons, doesn’t come with shampoo or conditioner. Very basic hotel. Definitely overpriced.

I was very in and out, only staying one night. Didn't love the major dust bunnies under the desk right across from the bed, but other than that everything was very clean. I actually thought the bed was super comfortable and I slept the best I ever have in a hotel.. which is rare.

There is not an ounce of doubt, in my mind, that this location will be the one I use whenever I am in the area for work. The location is right by a Meijer, restaurants and other big box shopping locations, but it is also tucked away where you're not bothered by the noise or traffic. The staff is absolutely AMAZING! They were more than accommodating from the moment I checked in. Some are bothered by the process of having to call or use a kiosk, but it is absolutely not anything to hold against the staff here. Customer Service is an art that many no longer hold, but this location has not forgotten what's important and they are literally top notch.
