“The room we were given was not even remotely like the photos on the Hotels website. We stayed on the ground floor, the bed was terrible, the spring mattress was completely broken, we couldn't rest. In the bathroom the water from the shower came down in drops there was no power socket to attach any type of accessory. The window of the house was equipped with a non-comprehensive curtain so from 6 in the morning a lot of light came in. There was no place to put your bags comfortably. ...

“We had a fantastic stay. The one-bed apartment was spacious, clean, and very cosy — perfect for a comfortable weekend. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, even surprising us with a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was great too, right next to the bus stop, making it super easy to get into the city centre. A wonderful stay all round!”

“What a great find! If you are staying in Oxford Iffley Town House is the perfect place for one two or three nights away. Located close to the city centre with bus stops both ways literally outside the door, its convenient. The room was spacious, clean and with great towels and soap provided. There was even a fan and it was a warm night so it was appreciated. Bed was large. Communication and directions to enter the property simple and easy. When I rang the owner as I had a problem with parking...

“Llegamos un domingo, y no se si es que no habia servicio de limpieza ese dia o que, pero el baño estaba completamente sin limpiar, el espejo daba pena de lo sucio que estaba, y el suelo solo un poco barrido. Al día siguiente si que lo dejaron bastante bien, pero la cama solo estiraban el edredon y nada más. No cambiaron las toallas, ni la alfombrilla de la ducha. El desayuno es inglés, que no lo probamos, pero fuera de eso, solo hay zumo y tostadas, nada más. Y los vasos del desayuno estaban...

“Está muy bien comunicado, hay varios autobuses casi en la puerta, que en 15 minutos estás en el centro de Oxford. Pudimos dejar el coche en una plaza de parking en la puerta y se agradece mucho. Las sábanas y toallas estaban limpias pero el baño era minúsculo e incómodo y en el sumidero de la ducha había pelos... Desayuno muy normalito. En general es funcional y para pocas noches está muy bien sobretodo por poder dejar el coche de alquiler y moverse fácil al centro.”

“Arrived late after a long motorcycle ride. Kitchen had closed but Emma arranged for a meal for us regardless. Emma and Adam have only had this place since beginning of year but have plans for some renovation. There welcome, service and food were superb, especially the fab breakfast. Glad to have met Emma and Adam (again) and I wish them both well in their future plans. Thanks both.”

“Nice location, very accessible. Bus stop a few blocks from the House. Safe neighborhood. Staff was very friendly and serviceable. We arrive early and they helped us to keep luggage: same after checkout. You feel in a friend´s house, and very welcomed.”
