Such a cute, quiet place! Room was clean and comfortable. Many places to sit and enjoy the view. Pool was well maintained. Air conditioning worked great. Definitely dog friendly. Poop bag stations around the property and treats in the main office. Nestled on a residential street so very calm and serene. Will definitely come back!

We’ve been coming to Falmouth for 30 years and 25 of them have been at Green Harbor Waterfront Lodge. We love the atmosphere, its proximity to things to do (breweries, wineries, hiking, shopping, P-Town, restaurants), and the view of the water from every room. The rooms with the kitchenette make it very homey and inexpensive. And the people who run it are always so welcoming. Oh and this place is super dog friendly, which we love.

I like that the property had an oceanfront. However, the room seems like they were not cleaned at all, the floors were dirty. You could see the dirt on your sock and your feet. Also, there were a lot of ants throughout the room on the floor. We were given a set of clean towels on our first day. We requested fresh towels, two days later and we did not receive them. The hairdryer didn't work and there were some electrical outlet that also didn't work. Overall, the staff seemed friendly.

I should start by saying we travel to New England often and stay in family owned lodgings to support all business. The property is in a great location and looks well maintained. We opted for beach side room with two beds as I'm recovering from knee surgery. The room was small...walk in the door and into the bed. The bathroom was very small. In a word, the rooms are "tired." But matching sheets, new comforters, (not nylon feeling), fresh paint, and cleaner floors, a little wall decor would go a long way. We stayed two nights. Never again.

A wonderful family resort especially for families. Beautiful view from the room and balcony of the inlet. Water looks great for kayaking. The large pool is kept spotless but it was a bit windy so we didn’t try.

This is an older property but is extremely well maintained. It’s a very relaxed, quaint spot with views of the lake and ample outside seating, patios and balconies. The staff were courteous and helpful, too.
