This more of a low key all inclusive, 1 outdoor bar and 1 restaurant. The food and drinks were excellent. Our room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The only issue and it is not the resorts fault was the smell from the sargassum. They did their best to clean the beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our safe twice, but it was resolved in a timely manner. The pool was warmer than i would have liked, but it was clean. The Water in the ocean in front of the resort was not the beautiful turquoise like we love, but was told it was the time of year that we visited. (August). we rented a car, so we were able to visit many other beaches that were just beautiful.

This resort is amazing, clean, well maintained and peaceful. The food is excellent!!! Staff are very kind and friendly particularly Ruben and Gabriela in the food and beverage department. Lots of diving options including free diving just crossing the reef at Chub Hole -be mindful of tricky currents and changing tides tho. This was our second vacation in this resort and we will be back soon.

The food is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You have to expect little different kind inclusive compare to Mexico. But the food still the best. My family love it.And it plenty enough to eat. There are seaweed when we were there . Can't swim in ocean. But we rent a car drive to different beach. Rental car only 15 dollars a day. Where can you rent a car for 15 dollars a day?? so make it all good!!!

Sunrise was beautiful. Overall food was good by really only 2 options for dining. Bar music should be more upbeat and tropical not so much Americanized. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff overall were helpful and friendly. Be sure to rent a car and see the island it was great to see all the hot spots on our time and not feel rushed. Island is very clean.

The Reef Beach Resort is located on the quiet east end of the island. The beach is nice, but the water for the first 100’ is a bit murky. The pools are nice and could use some updating. The rooms are nice and clean. Now the best part- The staff here is amazing! The food is some of the best we have had in the Caribbean and we have traveled extensively throughout many of the islands and different resorts. So if you want a peaceful place with amazing staff and great food- this is the place. I suggest getting the all inclusive package as food here is expensive.

This property is very pretty, but what really makes it is the staff. We stayed for 7 nights and did the all inclusive package. The all inclusive food is fantastic, but something to consider is that they will offer an upgrade package upon arrival (not advertised elsewhere) for certain things such as steak since importing food is very expensive. If you don’t end up upgrading packages, the other food options for the all inclusive are ALL incredible. Very very amazing staff. The concierge staff like Paul, the bar staff like Tony and Christian, are so incredibly friendly and easy to talk with, the wait staff such as Gabriella was also amazing. The manager, Lawrence, went above and beyond for us as well, reassuring us and educating us on the state of the ocean when we arrived. When we arrived, sadly, the property was suffering from an excessive amount of Sargassum, which leaves a rotten smell in the air. The hotel does its very best to clean this twice a day and removes it from the shores, however, it unfortunately made the water at the resort unsuitable for swim which was a bummer since the photos show crystal blue water. Of course, this is not within the resorts control and they do the best they can working around it and cleaning it up. We recommend renting a car if you stay here, because although the resort offers a number of activities and excursions that leave or take place directly at the resort, the best beaches are on the west side of the island about an hour out!
