East Bench Vacation Packages for 2026

The online pictures are clearly outdated. The lobby was run-down, dirty, and smelled terrible. While checking in, we overheard staff discussing a homeless man who had gotten into room 121 and refused to leave. Our room was disgusting. The curtains were ripped, the carpet was covered in dark stains, and the entire room smelled strongly of urine. We immediately refused to stay and requested a refund. After initially arguing with me and offering to find a “clean” room, the clerk contacted the general manager. I later received an email confirming that I would be refunded. I am still waiting for the refund. The condition of this hotel was unacceptable and completely different from what is advertised online. I would not recommend staying here.

Place is well worth the money. It was reasonably priced for what you got. Which was above anything you could expect. Recommend for sure.

The check-in and check out process wasn't the best but the property was clean and well-maintained.

The hotel was great

Nice property. Great breakfast and staff was top-notch. Good location- a few blocks to downtown and 10 min to the airport.

Rooms were clean. House keeping came in daily. Added extra towels. Anything we needed staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
