Vacations Close To Earth Treks Climbing Center

Our air conditioner was out during a historic heat wave. They did bring us a fan, but never go the AC fixed. Other than that it was a great property and trip.

The room was great! But the staff were not very helpful. I paid for valet parking overnight and my car was not put into the garage until the next morning. I was told I would be given a refund and was never given one.

The hotel was above and beyond!!!

This was a great hotel. Staff were very friendly. We had a room with a terrace which was lovely. Breakfast was banging!

I'm not sure if just because I didn't book directly through them but the room had maintenance issues. The faucet was not secured properly to the sink. When I turned on the hot water a bunch of black stuff came out. Guessing they flushed the lines but didn't run the sink. There was a missing light cover on the light above the door. The shampoo mount in the shower was broken. The room was generally clean except some hair stuck to the wall in the shower. The elevator call button on my floor didn't seem to be tightly secured to the wall. I had higher expectations of a Sheraton hotel.

We had a really wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the conference was great.

A very nicely located hotel clean comfortable you can walk all over Washington from there .
