“Very disappointing experience — I would not stay here again We booked Paradise Lakes Motel through Expedia, but when we arrived late at night after driving from Melbourne, there was nobody at reception. We called the motel’s landline and the mobile number displayed at the property, but neither was answered. “The rooms were exceptional clean. Customer service was excellent. Lovely spacious rooms which were great for our teenagers. Loved that it was nice and quiet. Town centre was a short walk away. Gardens and grounds well kept and pool look inviting even on a cold day. Thank you”

“The room was clean. Disappointing thing was unavailability of staff at a time I reported the kettle suddenly stopped working. Also property situated on busy main road which was noisy. Otherwise stay was comfortable.”

“No contact, except for one telephone call by me, to let them know my phone number because Expedia does not supply it to them. Check-in and check-out via SMS, no face to face contact. I like the method they use to let you access the room on arrival.”
