“We arrived at 930 the doors was locked, I rang the bell like 5 times then I saw a guy talking to the guy at the desk so I pounded on the door.. He comes out and says they lock it at 9 and the buzzer doesn't work... I asked if I go out can I get back in with my card? He says no.. Im a smoker so I can't go out and smoke.. Then I get to the room, no remote so I tried to call down but no luck so I go down he g8ves me a remote. I take it to the room and it will turn the TV on and off but that's it....
