“We loved our stay at the Best Western in Provo. Although our checkin was around 1am due to a late flight arrival, we were greeted by a very nice and helpful employee. The first two rooms we were offered had some minor issues (a noisy toilet and a cleaned carpet that was still wet), so the front desk employee gave us a free upgrade to a top floor suite.
