Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good with a good selection. However, the building is under renovation and some cosmetic things remain in the rooms. We also miss having a coffee maker in the room and removal of the fitness room.

Hotel was under construction. Was not advised of this. I found out when I walked into the lobby. This is unfair and dishonest!!! Lobby had paper and tape to cover floor under removal, etc.

Hampton Inn Dyersburg Stayed July 3-5, 2025

I had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn Dyersburg. From the moment I checked in until the time I left, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, especially the king bed—which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt safe and inviting. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning, which had a nice variety and was well-stocked. There wasn’t a single thing I would change about my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Dyersburg area and would definitely stay here again.

I liked the convenience of the location. Easy on and off of the freeway. Super close to a lot of different restaurants. The rooms are in desperate need of updating.

Everything about this place was great!!! Clean, friendly staff, yummy breakfast!!!! My only con (& this was with the guests!) be considerate when leaving your room AND DON’T LET YOUR DOOR SLAM! And…don’t leave your dog barking in your room allllll day! 🙄

Very very small for the price but it is clean. Traffic from the highways made it hard to sleep. The water pressure was amazing and the staff were all wonderful and free hot breakfast was delish!

The staff was wonderful. The room could use a refresh. The ceiling in the shower was chipping with mold/mildew under it. Broken baseboard by the corner to the bathroom. Basically, it felt like a room that had not been updated since the 80’s.

The hotel is a little tucked away. We enjoyed our stay. The lady at the desk, I missed her name, we get gracious and helpful. Had a greeting for each guest that came through. The room was large and very clean. Bathroom in nice shape. Only drawback was it was next to the highway and a truck stop. It could be noisy. I'd ask for an even-numbered room as it would be better buffered from sound. Odd number were close to highway.

Quick trip for family reunion

Check in was smooth, no issues. Front desk ladies were AWESOME! One of the housekeepers was not friendly at all, but that’s fine. The only downside was during breakfast on our first day, the employee that sets up breakfast and one of the patrons decided to discuss politics very loudly at 8:30 am. I understand everyone has a personal view of how this country should be ran, however I prefer that a discussion like that is kept between the two people having the discussion, I prefer to have my coffee in peace while on vacation. The only other disappointment, the gravy for the biscuits was so thick, it could used for spackling.

The staff was the friendliest and most accommodating staff!! We arrived around 10 pm and discovered the room I reserved (two double beds)was not the room I received. Instead I got a king size bed and a sofa bed, but no pillows for it. The front desk was wonderful and provided 4 brand new pillows for the sofa bed. The sofa bed, however had old chips and crumbs inside once it was opened. Also the location of the toilet in relation to the shower was senseless. You entered and exited the shower literally one foot from the toilet. Overall we did not spend much time in the room and the stay was comfortable.

The staff was very nice and accommodating and the breakfast was very nice with many options. The remodeling wasn’t the most pleasant with a strong paint smell and very basic rooms. However when we requested to be moved to another location that might not be freshly painted they did honor our request. In the past our stays there have been pleasant-will just wait to stay again until the renovation is completed as the price didn’t at all reflect that as I feel like it should have definitely been discounted some. Also nice to have an in room coffee maker which it did not.
