“Nice clean bedroom. Fresh bed linen. Staff helpful and courteous.”

“Abi at the reception desk was amazing and she treated me with kindness and respect. At some hotels they don’t even look at you but did eye contact. Alex at the Spa was also great and really helped me to relax! She was very professional!”
