I booked this following ChatGPT s guidance, and regret that. I don't recommend this for families, the room is very small, and internet very slow, and restricted, no fridge in the room. The price is not a good one neither. I could get a hotel apart for the same price, The location though is good, only five minutes from the station.

Great location - tram right outside and 5 mins walk from main station and Little Tokyo. I'm sensitive to noise but rooms were very soundproof. Staff all very helpful. Only issue was the window was locked and had to get a member of staff to staff to open it, not ideal during a heatwave! Also kept getting an error message on the air con and it would make a noise like a bath filling up.

There is no shuttle at all, which was a disappointment overall. The staff at the hotel, however were extremely helpful and considerate. We thought that the hotel’s location was ideal and would most definitely recommend it for its breakfast, staff and location.
