Would avoid and go for similar alternatives e.g. Premier Inn etc. Walls are very thin so you can easily be disturbed by neighbours. Room had a broken window which didn’t seal/shut properly. Extremely loud facing the street given tram line which begins at 4am. Only consolation is that it’s very cheap but even then I would not return.

Sehr nettes Personal und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war auch okay. Einzig, die Badamaturen waren extrem verkalkt und in der Nacht wurde im Zimmer über mir randaliert. Das ist natürlich nicht schuld des Hotels aber es hat die Nachtruhe definitiv gestört.

Wir haben eine Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht und ein 3-Bett-Zimmer erhalten, also eine deutlich schlechtere Zimmerkategorie, obwohl wir den Aufpreis für eine Suite gebucht haben. An der Rezeption wurde uns nicht geholfen und auch nicht versucht eine Lösung zu finden. Stattdessen haben wir eine Visitenkarte erhalten an welche Mailadresse wir uns wenden sollen. Auf diese Mail haben wir bis heute (11 Tage später) keine Antwort erhalten. Nach Rücksprache mit Expedia hat das Hotel eine Teil-Rückerstattung abgelehnt, weil wir den Aufenthalt abgeschlossen haben. Eine Begründung, die für uns absolut nicht nachvollziehbar ist! Fehler passieren, aber der Umgang damit ist wirklich enttäuschend. Das war wohl unser letzter Aufenthalt in der IHG-Gruppe.
