Brilliant hotel from the moment you walk into reception. Staff are very polite and helpful. There is free tea and coffee available, as well as fresh water with fruit and mint. Also avilable free are mini muffins and jars of haribo. Thats all before you get yo the room. Hotel is in a perfect location, easy walking distance to the old town and all the shops. Trams stop right by the hotel and the underground is a couple minutes walk away.

Not all amenities are year round. Example: air circulation - you can open a window but the room isn’t designed to maximize ‘outside to inside’ air flow, more like the opposite. Had to insist on the room I had chosen, which made the first couple of hours on location unpleasant. Staff were responsive and helpful. Breakfast was standard with liberal use of MSG in the cooked food. Ginger shots were a nice addition.

Room, Junior suite, was ok but major general problem with ventilation. No Air Condition when outside temperature is below 25, despite that it can be 30 degrees or more in the room. No cleaning for first four days, not even change of towels. Breakfast medium size but good quality. Location good with public transport near.
