The location is excellent, close to the main train station and trams, and easy for walking into the centre, as well as to shops and restaurants. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, and the room was very quiet. It would have been helpful to have the fridge unlocked, but otherwise the room was excellent. I would stay there again.

Very quiet room, thanks to the staff who changed it. Safe in the room with a standard key you have to pick up at reception after paid a deposit of 50 euro. Everything is a bit old, but bed and bedsheet are very comfortable and position is very strategic to visit both the city and the exhibition center.

Lovely very large warm room, clean and quiet. The bed was large and comfortable, very convenient for the city with plenty bars and restaurants close by. Old town a short walk and great place for eating and drinking. Breakfast was plenty to choice for everybody and the hotel staff were very friendly and cheerful. Overall this hotel is well worth staying for a great time in Duesseldorf.

Decent hotel, great transport links for trains and trams. Quite dated and the air conditioning was poor. The room was like a furnace for the entire time of our stay. The staff are extremely helpful and the breakfast is excellent, if a little expensive.
