The most professional, kind, welcoming and helpful front desk staff I had over three week stay in Europe. We stayed in several hotels and met many customer service people . No where was as amazing as this hotel’s staff - very helpful, didn’t seem cranky about having to speak in English, and very accommodating.

What was unique about the property was the Sky Lounge, 19 stories high, outside area too and overlooking the Rhine River. Service was exceptional, including getting our rooms earlier. We were upgraded from standard rooms to comfort rooms free of charge. This was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The buffet style breakfast, which included both hot and cold selections, was very well received. This was also free during our stay. Overall, an exceptional experience and we will be back.

The service was excellent and the property is great. There is a beautiful view of the city from the rooms and also from the Sky Bar. The area is quiet and there were not many dining options nearby, but transportation was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was great.

Did not meet my expectations.

Leaking roof in room from air conditioner. The floor was covered in water. Had to change rooms and for reasons unknown the new room was 30° even with the heating off...!! i couldnt get the air con to work... After moving once i had no more energy to complain again... the technician that helped and the staff are very friendly but overall it was more stress than relaxation. It did not meet my expectations.
