Great location near airport

Overnight stay in this hotel near the airport. Was a nice room with lots of space. Staff was friendly and helpful booking a taxi for our flight the next day. Bed were very comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

If you want to stay in the city center I would not recommemd this hotel. It is over priced and the location is mediocre. I expected much better for the price.

Your staff are a credit to you !! . Have stayed at this hotel several times and never had a bad experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming and really do try to accommodate the guests special requests. The food at both breakfast one dinner is really nice and reasonably priced. The car park ( although chargeable) is plenty big enough and secure. Although there is slight noise from aircraft from the nearby airport it is definitely not intrusive even for the most sensitive of sleepers

This is more or less the only positive point. Breakfast is good. But used to be with service , and a newspaper available.the hotel has become more or less a hotel garny, as no room service, or minibar. Lack of staff and other issues make me not consider a return.

Fijn hotel wij komen regelmatig in Düsseldorf . Dit was de eerste keer in Leonardo maar komen hier zeker terug. Goed ontbijt en prettig personeel. Een hotel om aan te bevelen.

Zimmer ist für den Zweck in Ordnung, Personal an der Rezeption auch soweit gut. Einzig die Lautstärke des nahegelegenen Flughafen stört. Aber durch die Lage erwartbar. Aber das Restaurant (dortiges Personal, Frühstücks und Abendessen Situation) ist leider eine Katastrophe. Morgens kaum Plätze, man musste einem dunklen Bereich sitzen (wie eine alte Eckkneipe). Abends muss man auf einen Tisch ewig warten, dortige "Empfangsdame" leider überfordert, unfreundlich und machte keine Lust auf mehr. Essen dauerte dann auch lange bis es kam. War der erste und letzte Besuch.
