Die Gastgeber sind ein sehr freunliches Paar. Sauberkeit ist Top. Man kann wünsche eusern und sie werden sofort umgesetzt. Ich werde garantiert dieses Hotel buchen wenn ich wieder mal in Düsseldorf bin. Das Hotel MOON ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Friendliest welcome!

We stay at this hotel whenever we visit Dusseldorf. We have stayed in many hotels all over the world but this is by far the friendliest welcome! As soon as we arrive, staff are straight outside to assist with parking the car. It's rare to find a hotel with free parking in Dusseldorf so this is a big bonus for us as we always rent a car. The location is perfect for restaurants, nightlife, shopping, public transport etc and this small, family run hotel is spotlesslessy clean and great value for money. Cant wait for our next visit!

Although I stayed over 300 hotels and hostels in my business and private travel all over the world, I think this hotel's hospitality and cozyness are outstanding of my experience. The owner is super kind and I think it's the value of this hotel. I feel a hospitality of that I'm staying at my relatives house. I didn't pay for breakfast but the lady served tea and pieces of fresh fruits. It makes me happy every morning. The room is clean and cozy. Free bottle of water is served at room. Free fridge is available at the corridor. Ideal for single tralvers and couples. The access to the room is short from the parking and main street. It's comfortable point for me. It's much better than well-known famous big hostels. The room is quiet at night because the rooms are not in front of the main street. Ventiration is perfect. Even single room, the bathroom has a clean bathtub. The shower servers warm water quickly. It makes the bathtub full soon. It would be grateful and fascinate in winter time. The parking is free and safe. The owner helped to bring my luggages. I found this hotel by chance at Hotels.com because of the price and free parking reason. I'm going to stay this hotel afterward as the regular accommodation when I come to Dusseldorf. ein echter Glücksgriff!

Herr und Frau Moon sind sehr, sehr freundlich und erfüllen ihren Gästen fast jeden Wunsch! Die Zimmer sind blitzsauber und die Bäder haben Tageslicht und sind angenehm großzügig. Auch hier alles sehr, sehr sauber. Ein super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Und in wenigen Minuten an den Haltestellen von U-Bahn und Bus. Zu Fuß in ca. 20 Min. in der Altstadt oder auf der KÖ. Gehe ich jederzeit wieder hin!

Quiet hotel. Great location.

Super friendly family run small hotel. Perfect location for us. Within walking distance to shopping centres, bars and restaurants but hotel is quiet. Free parking is a big bonus for us in dusseldorf. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Owner comes out to meet you and helps with luggage. We dont have breakfast in the hotel but in the day we're leaving, the lady always gives us a snack to take on our journey. Love this hotel! Have stayed a few times now.

Unglaublich nette und herzliche Gastgeber. Man liest seinen Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab, weit über die "normale" Gastfreundschaft hinaus. Noch nie haben wir uns in einem Hotel so wohl gefühlt wie im Hotel Moon. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Trotz direkter Innenstadtlage war es nachts absolut ruhig und leise, so dass wir bestens ausgeruht Düsseldorf erkunden konnten. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet, im gemütlichen Ambiente des kleinen Frühstücks-/Wintergartenbereiches, ist umfangreich und außergewöhnlich liebevoll angerichtet. Besonders das extra für uns zubereitete Rührei war superlecker. Wir kommen garantiert schon sehr bald wieder. Vielen Dank noch einmal für alles und liebe Grüße vom Bodensee!

Outstanding staff

The hotel room itself was clean and adequate. The service was outstanding. The owners were so nice to me, that I felt like being part of their family. They offered me coffee and even handed me some fruit when I left for work. I can highly recommend this hotel because of the staff; they made me leave with warm memories.

Nice stay in Düsseldorf.

This is not a high budget hotel but was great for a 2 star stay. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. It included parking which saved on the cost of parking. The waterfront and night seen was a short taxi ride away.
