Hospitality & services on very good level. Breakfast was also play for us. Room was very quiet. The bed was a little bit too small for me with 2.01 m length, but sleeps well. The only downside for us was the lack of some sort of bedside table next to the bed, which meant Ihad to put things during the night on the floor.

Room was clean and comfortable and with air con. No safe, wardrobe, tea/coffee/water. Breakfast was ok with a limited hot choice and a cold continental buffet. Close enough to walk to town (30-40 mins) and trams close by if preferred. Overall decent value for money.

It was an average hotel. Nothing special other then free breakfast for everyone. Nothing in the room besides the bed, bathroom and a tv. Usually in hotels you're provided with an iron, fridge, tea and coffee station. But there was nothing.

Good place for business stay

Very nice place to stay, I was attending a show at the Messe. Cabs out front always, also good tram access nearby. Belsenplatz is a great dining area a couple of stops away from Am Seestern. Be aware that on the way back at night you will have to get off at Prinzenalle, so a few minutes extra walk, but very pleasant. Breakfast is not magnificent, but very good...clean and modern rooms, very helpful staff
