We checked in after 15 hours of travel from Canada checking in was smooth it was around 5:00pm when we got into our room and tried to sleep there was construction going on in the room right above us requested room change was moved from 2 to 5 floor and was still disrupted by continuous construction into the evening. Was told breakfast is included and when we checked out in the morning we were charged another 45 euros for a mediocre buffet . Definitely was not a pleasant welcoming to Dusseldorf was a terrible stay.

Central location and fair prices

Staff was overall helpful and professional. I liked the breakfast options but above all the location was the biggest advantage of this hotel, right at the entrance of the old town.
