The area being quiet was a big plus and being on the Rhein river gave the room a fantastic view. The room size was brilliant and the staff were wonderful, couldn't have asked for much more.

Good location by the River

Nice location by the River. Restaurant staff were very good……as were any staff we interacted with. Food was extremely expensive, and poor selection of vegetarian options……but the food we did have was very tasty…..the serving staff were excellent.

nice and clean hotel. the room was nice but cold. there are pictures on Hotel .com. of there a restaurants . with you can sit at the bar and for the use and pizza?? it's not cozy right .. I'm disappointed…🌟

Inconsistent service on check in/out. Upsetting.

I had a nice experience checking in and a very bad one checking out. Check in man confirmed all was correctly reserved and pre-paid. Check out girl said I needed to pay again. Despite repeatedly explaining she insisted that I had not. She went on saying that she needed the credit card that was swiped during check-in (wasn't) and got the dates wrong. My wife was shaken and upset. We were delayed leaving and unable to do our next objective. Otherwise fine.

Fijn verblijf gehad. Mooi uitzicht op de rijn, wij zaten op de 12de verdieping. Centrale ligging en wij konden gewoon voor de deur gratis parkeren. Ontbijt ook gevarieerd, kamer netjes. Goede service, wilde een extra dekbed die werd netjes naar de kamer gebracht. Badjas en slippers gekregen voor het zwembad en de sauna.. Kortom genoten, zeker een aanrader!
