Hi, overall, the hotel is alright. But I had a room reservation where I had booked a King Bed Premium River room which could sleep 3 people. The room was supposed to be 34 sqm according to the website. However, the room we got was a completely normal 2-person hotel room, definitely not being 34 sqm. Furthermore, the additional bed had to be brought into the room making it almost impossible to walk around. I don’t think we got the room we actually reserved and paid for. We got room 1430 in case you need that information.

The area being quiet was a big plus and being on the Rhein river gave the room a fantastic view. The room size was brilliant and the staff were wonderful, couldn't have asked for much more.

Nice location by the River. Restaurant staff were very good……as were any staff we interacted with. Food was extremely expensive, and poor selection of vegetarian options……but the food we did have was very tasty…..the serving staff were excellent.

We had an amazing weekend trip. I need to say, restaurant manager gave us free coffee, even thou we didn’t pay extra for breakfast, and also he brought us some sweets to have with coffee, all free of charge! Such a nice gesture that made our stay even better :)
