Only in for one night while seeing a concert in town. It is close to the station and many japanese restaurants in the neighbourhood. Very modern and clean.

Excellent hotel just off the kollingsee, staff all happy and polite and breakfast is fantastic, so much choice . Excellent for a short break

Easy check in and check out . Clean room. No refrigerator but did not need one . Coffee machine available for use with capsules in room. Temperature of air con (AC centralized ) was set to 21 degrees. Too cold for me. No AC control in the room.Other than that , everything was good . Location is convenient near the Main train station.

Great Hotel in a perfect location. Everything is walkable. Hotel has a super market attached to it and a large parking garage. Rooms were clean and bed were comfortable. Breakfast buffet also good. I would stay here again.

Very clean, staff welcoming and helpful. Room was basic but sufficient. Only negative was the hairdryer, an asthmatic coughing on my hair would have been more effective in drying my hair.

A fantastic hotel, great breakfast, walkable to most places of interest and a great room and most comfortable bed and super helpful and nice staff. The only downside was the shower over the quite high bath tub and no anti slip matting. Had a great stay for 4 nights and would most definitely stay here at the carat hotel again if in Düsseldorf

Nice hotel with a bit of attitude

Location: excellent Hygiene: excellent Breakfast: enough and excellent Car park: a good option, I can say it was good. Rooms: Small but enough. No slippers were in room, we had to ask from housekeeping, there were no phone in the room so couldnt ask from reception. Receptionist was somehow rude, we didnt feel welcomed. Kind of killed the vibe as soon as we got in. I would consider twice staying here, just because of hospitality, the rest was good and enough.

Hotel was decent, clean and safe. Internet was down for 3 days from Nov 25-27, and the staff did not have any solutions. I was relying on fast wifi for work but had to pay expensive data. This was unacceptable for what hotel advertised on their website that “ High-speed WiFi - an important building block in our carathotels service promise.”

We really liked the Carathotel, it's modern and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was nice. We could easily walk to different restaurants and to public transport. The only thing I was hoping for was a proper shampoo/conditioner. There is an "all-in-one" cleansing gel for hair, body and hands which is not good to long hair. And for some reason only part of the dirty towels were changed during day cleaning. We would recommend this hotel.

Enjoyable with few hiccups

Location was very good. Number of halal food restaurants were nearby. Walk to central station was only about 10 minutes. Walk to Konigsalee was just about 5 minutes. Reception guy was very polite. Check in and check out was very easy. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Staff there was helpful. Sadly, there was no fridge in, no telephone to call reception or house keeping or room service. Room cleaning was not 100% as our small toilet problem was not solved properly. Else was fine. 😊 we are family of 4.

デュッセルドルフ中央駅から15分ほど歩きます。 部屋は広く清潔で、エアコン完備でしたが、真夏に冷蔵庫がなかったのは残念でした。ホテルのフロントに言えば、缶ビールは冷やしてもらえましたが、その都度取りに行かなければならなかったのが不便でした。湯沸かしポットもありませんでした（フロントに頼めば借りることはできたかもしれません）。 ２人部屋に椅子が一つしかなかったので、フロントにもう一脚椅子を頼みましたが、すぐには持ってきてもらえず、２度めに頼んでようやく用意してもらえました。 朝食は結構豪華でした。ドイツのホテルらしく、チーズやハム、サラダ、フルーツ、温野菜、加熱されたお肉やソーセージ、スクランブルエッグ等々、たくさんそろっていました。パンの種類も豊富でした。
