Excellent

Brilliant apartment, very close to the centre of the city. The small kitchen had everything you could need for cooking, easy contactless check in. Comfortable bed and sofa bed with an opening window and carpark, which was very useful. Would recommend and stay again.

We paid extra for early check in, but once we went into The room the room was still dirty. We contacted the host and they fixed it right away. They only clean the room once during your stay so the cleaning depends mostly on you. It’s a pretty good room for the price, but over time it starts getting a little uncomfortable because it’s a very small space. I think it’s perfect for short stays, it has all the amenities you need.

Fine for a couple of nights

The room felt newly renovated inside but the beds needed better quality than foam as very uncomfortable despite the team quickly undertaking to try to address it. This would make a big difference.

Chambre propre avec une petite cuisine d'appoint très efficace. En revanche, impossible de ne pas mettre d'eau partout lors de l'utilisation de la douche. Il y a un revêtement qui fait couler l'eau à l'extérieur de la douche. Les rideaux sont peu occultants et laissent donc passer la lumière. Lors des nuits, des résidents ont décidé de crier à 5h du matin et d'autres personnes sont restées dans la cour de l'hôtel jusqu'à 3h faisant beaucoup de bruit (j'étais au troisième étage) rendant impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte malgré une température très chaude.

Etablissement bien situé, mais c'est bien le seul avantage qu'il présente - pour un pays comme l'Allemagne, c'était extrêmement sale et mal entretenu. Les photos du site Hotels.com mais aussi qu'on peut trouver sur internet n'ont RIEN A VOIR avec la réalité sur place : moisissures dans les sanitaires, rideau de douche moisi, taches au sol (carreaux de SDB, moquette chambre et couloir), fenêtre qui ne ferme pas, chambre ridiculement petite, table de l'accueil sale à l'arrivée, et toujours sale 2 jours plus tard... sans parler de cet aspect totalement déshumanisé où il n'y a absolument PERSONNE sur place (même si la procédure de pré check-in est correcte). A FUIR (il ne faut vraiment pas avoir le choix d'aller ailleurs pour séjourner ici).

Hotel renovierungsbedürftig, eckiger Duschvorhang der die Dusche verstopft hat, benutze Binden im Mülleimer. Auf Wünsche bei der Buchung wurde nicht eingegangen. Kommunikation nur auf Englisch. Kompletter Selbst Check in und out. Kein Personal vor Ort, um was besprechen, reklamieren zu können

Acceso y comunicación

Llegué sin batería al lugar y no tenía como hacer el checking. Eso no se me avisó antes. Luego, cuando logré cargar el celular, no tenía como llamar, pero traté de contactar al teléfono que figuraba en la entrada por whatsapp, y me salía que no tenía whatsap. Todo esto hizo dificil la entrada (check In) al departamento.

nicht zu empfehlen, sehr laut und obwohl das erste Zimmer nahezu unbewohnbar war wurde mir kein neues Zimmer angeboten, da angeblich alles ausgebucht sei. Ich musste erst die Verfügbarkeit über eine eigene Suche im Internet belegen, dass mir ein anderes Zimmer angeboten wurde un dafür musste ich dann einen Aufpreis bezahlen. Ich rate dringend von dieser Unterkunft ab.
