This resort is amazing. The service not so much. We traveled with our small kids, for the pool exclusively. Our shuttle driver picked up a group of women off the street (not even at the resort). The disgusting lady said she was “too pretty” to walk, and the shuttle driver said well let me see. She proceeds to lift up her dress to show him her naked behind and all of this is happening with our 3 young children in the shuttle. He proceeds to drop the ladies off first before us. He was disgusting and so unprofessional. When we talked to the supervisor she didn’t seem to care much. Just said we needed to file a formal complaint, which we assumed would be her since she’s a supervisor. Also our kids found trash under the bed! Not a huge deal, but just overlooked
