The room was old and felt dark. We appreciated the refrigerator and security safe available in the room. We were annoyed by the Guest Services aggressiveness to sell timeshare. Because of that nature, we will not be returning to this property.

The hotel looks amazing and is in a great location, the rooms are tidy and appear well kept but the beds are a little small especially for America. The air conditioner appears to small for the room and at times struggled to cool. The Staff are very hot and miss some can be helpful but the majority are obnoxious, short, condesending and very dismissive of any questions,
strongly got the impression they don't like people who book on third party sites.
