Pool and hot area clean and kept well. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathroom somewhat clean there was a contact on the shower wall that wasn’t ours! The night stand draw would not stay closed has to rig it with paper not open and hit our legs, the thermostat on the wall could not read it! Nothing didn’t know if was on heat or cooling or the temp of the room!

The staff is always super nice and welcoming, I did have a weird situation happen in my room where after it got cleaned in came in and found one of my earrrings that before i left was zipped in my jewlery box and when i came back it was in the toilet. Everything was great overall. The only thing I would reccomend is a heated pool. The indoor pool was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel but it was freezing cold. Other then that staff was friendly, amenities were great. Great location. Was walking distance to the river walk.
