As the name implies this is a budget motel. It met my expectations given the price point. The location is close to downtown and access to the Durango trolley is less than a block away. The staff is great.

You get what you pay for. I knew it was going to be an old place. But I was a little grossed out by some old stains in the furniture and a dirty wash towel that was left on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Everything else (like the sheets) were fairly clean and about what you would expect for a budget motel.

Well this was a nice surprise and I was not sure by the older style and care paint care. The office said they keep prices low and affordable so it had minimal items but the cover all bases for our stay. In the room was my surprise so clean and roomy. Pillows were over top plenty. In the room it felt like it had a heated floor never asked but never cold. I believe this is a bargain for stays in Durango. They booked up every night and I see why. Thanks for a great stay. It was 3 nights.

Room was clean, sparsely finished, shows it's age, but comfortable for our stay. No refrigerator in the room, but had a nice bed, small microwave, and a TV. Convenient location to several eateries and a grocery store within walking distance.

The location is good. There is a coffee shop/ bakery across the street, which is good as there is no coffee in-room. Our shower was missing a diffuser, so hopefully that will be addressed for the next guest.

Great location, clean and comfortable — a solid budget stay The location really can't be beat. Parking is right in front of your door, and you have easy access to just about everything. The motel itself is older and no-frills, but it was clean, which is what matters most to me. The beds were comfortable, and I loved the abundance of pillows. The room also had a full-size fridge and microwave, which was a nice surprise for a budget property. As the listing says, it's a budget place — you get what you pay for, and for the price I was satisfied. One small disappointment: the coffee at the front desk was ice cold by 8:15 a.m. on my first morning. The second morning it was hot, so hopefully that was just a one-off.

It is an older property that doesn’t have any amenities. We had 2 beds and a small table and mini fridge and microwave, and not much room . It was comfortable and very easy to back up to door and unload the car. We will stay again if in the neighborhood.

Stayed in Durango for the night on the way from California to Colorado Springs. Older motel but in clean condition. The room had a small frig in it, desk, tv and a decent bed. It was great for a one night stay for the price. Ask for rooms towards the back as the front street is really busy. The front attendant was very helpful and nice. If you are looking for a high end room, this is not the place for you.

It is an older outdated inn that is reasonably priced and good location. For the price point you get what you pay for. Which is a place to sleep and clean up. If you are looking for more than that, this is probably not the place for you. The staff is always great to me and the reason I have stayed multiple times when I am on a budget.
