There was NO breakfast at all. No restaurant available during our stay. This is the 2nd stay with no restaurant available. Very noisy room. Garage door was opening and closing all night below our room, it creaked and banged. Will not stay again.

Room hadn’t been cleaned. I was looking for my sandal under the bed and I found a dirty white flip flop. Which you can tell they don’t sweep under the beds. One of the mattresses was terrible. I requested an exchange they said they were all taken up so instead they offered me a different room. I didn’t take it because I didn’t want to be separated from my kids. Blankets looked dirty. Overall next time I for sure won’t be booking here.

I like this property when I travel to Durango City, Mexico but there is room to improve the quality of the rooms as there are several issues that with more attention preventive maintenance will help us to enjoy our stay in this hotel. But overall I had a satisfactory experience but I recommend the above more preventive maintenance

El desayuno gratis es café y pan tostado frio con mermelada, No hay más para comer y algo abandonado el 5to piso. El estacionamiento Bien. Habitacion bien y comodo. Hay huelga frente al hotel y protestan con música muy ALTO vol. en la madrugada MUY MOLESTO. Frente al hotel está Soriana, muy cerca de la catedral y museos y Teleferico (10 cuadras aprox). Cuidado al cruzar calles, el tráfico no te da el paso en calles.
