A very average property but due to very few options being available in Duqm you do not have much choice. For the amenities provided and quality of the rooms and F&B, I think they overcharge.

Handy little hotel when passing through Duqm

Duqm is a one horse town, you either work there or passing through. We were passing through. The hotel is in the 'new' part of the area, which is either bare or under heavy development. The hotel has a ways to go in terms of process etc, we arrived during their soft opening. Otherwise, friendly, helpful staff and buffet food was surprisingly tasty. Nice, new amenities and they even wiped our car down for free!

Adequate Business Hotel at Duqm

The property is relatively new, clean, well maintained and has all the facilities and amenities a business traveller needs. The service and staff are excellent, the all day dining restaurant. They are always willing to go the extra distance to make your meal an enjoyable one. The rooms are clean and spartan. There is a small pub to unwind in the evenings. They have a small swimming pool and a gym as well. All in all a well rounded business hotel that ticks all the right boxes.
