“Personally was quite disappointed after staying at sprowston manor only two weeks before. Staff weren’t particularly helpful or forthcoming with help. Room don’t have a mini fridge, water cups left everywhere as no bin near by. Pool was lovely however chlorine was so high myself & a few other guests had to leave hot tub as eyes were burning & making us cough.”

“Lovely friendly staff, always remembering that I stayed before. We get the room we have requested. We order a vegetarian roast which is outstanding, food delicious and hot. Plenty of parking. Depending where the room is you can hear the traffic going past in the evening & mornings but overall alovely stay. That's why we keep going back and also you have a choice of breakfast part of the deal.”
