“Absolutely perfect placement for doing anything in Wolverhampton and very close to the station. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen facilties are modern and more than sufficient for a weekend or longer stay. Good shower pressure and the TV in the room I stayed with in had all the streaming apps. Good sense of space, no noise from the street (upstairs room). Would stay again. Great comms from owner/host before and throughout.”

“Received an email around 3 hours before we were due to check in the booking had been cancelled. We were en-route. Called the number on the email (which was a third party - not Hotels.com). Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry!”

“The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. “The property is not as described. It is listed as an Apartment when in actual fact it is a room within a shared house. The room is tired, requiring redecoration, the kitchen was dirty and in need of a full renovation. The shared bathroom for the complete property was terrible, with massive cracks, gaps and mould. “Filty from the entrance to the kitchen and toilet. I coukd not have a shower or use the kitchen. The room is fine. The advert says private bathroom but it was shared. I had to go downstairs to the back of the kitchen to get to the toilet. Wont come back. ”

Outside next to little shop. Traffic island outside meant couldnt park outside and single line. Area around property made us feel unsafe- wasnt the best.”
