Very professional staff, helpful, and eager to help. The place was on a main road but I couldn't hear any traffic noise. The rooms where clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting in the garden area. Only drawback was no air con in the rooms but we did have a fan which was adequate. I would recommend thos place to needing to stay in or around this area. If I need to be in the area again I would definitely use this hotel again. Thank you for the great time.

Unusual property with an old front attached to a more recent block for the rooms. Staff very helpful. Parking easy. Will located with Luton airport only a few minutes away. Great curry served (Wed night is curry club)

From when we arrived, the car parking was good with plenty of spaces. The staff were welcoming and very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was great. The room was spacious with excellent facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

The Bathroom was a bit tiered but clean comfy bed, all in all a pleasant stay, staff were very welcoming, and a bargin at £79 for the night Breakfast was adequate but the coffee and tea wasn't very hot

The hotel is a little tired but the rooms are large and well equipped. I chose an executive double room on my last overnight stay, and was very impressed with the difference from a standard double for not much extra cost.
