Very nice room and nice staff. The entrance hall when we areived was very dark and there was stairs that you could of easily tripped over on as so dark.
Lots of children running around the corridors and crying and screaming. Woman sobbing all night I couldn't sleep.

It’s clean and the room was in good shape. Front desk person was nice helpful. That said, it looks like a lot of the rooms are longer-term rentals. There were several children playing in the parking lot and running around in the lobby area. I also saw toys in some of the ground floor windows, indicating that people were living there. While the room we stayed in looked recently updated, the lobby is pretty rundown. And the restaurant and lounge are closed (with refrigerators and microwaves in what I assume was previously the dining room—probably for the tenants). It’s too bad because it looked like it was a really cool hotel/tavern/restaurant at a previous point in the past. Not planning on ever being back in this area, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
Very helpful Receptionist, Kylie. Room excellent with comfy bed and TV and coffee making facilities. Parking good and close to several major Supermarkets and shops. Highly recommend
We had 2 rooms. One was OK, the other was appauling!
No furniture, useless shower and not clean. Add on no food or drink facility worth giving a miss until they restore
this once great hotel back to a standard expected.
Excellent Hotel. Jane Seymour suite. Fantastic bath bedroom longe area. Verg spacious.
Also receptionist Alexandro. Very professional friendly polite service. 👌
I know we have had a heat wave but room was so hot i barely slept. The windows barely open. The fan was just blowing warm air around.
Also am not sure but felt they are now using hotel for single mums. Although not a problem as i was there once. But i feel people should be aware if this is the case. Didnt have a problem with this as was hardly there.
I had clumps of hair over our carpet not mine i hasten to add. Was disappointed as have stayed here before a few years ago but has gone downhill

Bar closed. Smells off curry in the corridors, doors always knocking.
Very nice old building I booked an upgraded room , it was super clean and had air con the shower was a rain style and it was massive , the bed was comfy and the tv was big .. although there is no food or drinks available you can literally walk round the corner to Dunstable Main Street and eat and drink what ever you want
Someone walked in my room whilst I was asleep when I shouted they walked out left the light on kids we’re running around the corridor all the time making loads of noise and when I checked out early they didn’t even care the staff
We got there and it was very welcoming and was upgraded, however the room that we was upgraded to was very dirty, and run down, I can’t imagine what the standard rooms are like. Stains on the bed and pubes in the shower. No shower gel even after we asked. The was soap but it was grime, it is also housing refugees. Which is fine however there was a lot.
Arrived to a beautiful setting. However, room 1 had dirty sheets (blood found on duvet). No towels. 1 worn pillow each. Room badly dated. Moved to a family room. Again, 1 pillow each. Hand towels only. 3rd floor, lift broken. Honestly a poor place to stay. Apart from a comfortable bed this place is awful!
The hotel is in poor condition. My room was 'tired' and the tv didnt work. Phone point broken, damage from previous visitors and black fragments in the cold tap water. Such a shame as it used to be lovely.
After many years of staying at this hotel, what the website fails to tell you and did not know until after we had booked there is no restaurant or bar anymore for reasons that became obvious on arrival. Very disappointing and will not be using again
