Vacations Close To Dunks Bay Beach

Is a very nice property. SPA and Gym are very good. Very clean rooms with everything you need to make an apartment work (cleaning products, toiletries). The only bad thing was that the pool is closed an it will probably be by the entire year, they compensated with free wine and activites.

The room was really nice, there are small things that can be improved but overall nice.

The place was well maintained, excellent location. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend it.

Overall, I had a good stay at EAST Miami. The hotel is in a very convenient location, which made getting around Miami easy, and the staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay. My main concern was the condition and cleanliness of the room. The room I stayed in appeared to be a bit older and showed some signs of wear, including peeling/stripping paint and a few areas that could benefit from some maintenance and refreshing. Additionally, when I first arrived, I noticed hair on the floor and in different areas of the room, which made it seem as though the room had not been cleaned as thoroughly as expected prior to my arrival. That being said, these concerns did not take away from the positive interactions I had with the staff or the convenience of the location. I did enjoy my stay overall, and with a little more attention to room maintenance and housekeeping standards, the experience could have been even better.

Amassing as always this was my second time to stay at this hotel. The whole family enjoyed the stay all were happy with the hotel and facilities available. Friendly staff.
