Plenty of parking, across the road from a lake. Not forgetting this is a very budget hotel, it was clean with new fittings and a comfortable bed. It could have been bigger in every way, but for the money we were very happy. Didn't opt for breakfast and brought a travel kettle for drinks. Pleasantly surprised that room service had cleaned and changed towels as we have spent much more money elsewhere and not had tgis service on a 2 night stay

It must be frustrating for hotel proprietors/owners when people leave bad reviews considering this a budget property.Good points,24 hr reception and free car park.Basic but ridiculously cheap breakfast.Adequate size room for one overnight stay.Warm room and everything was clean.The gentleman on reception in the evening was incredibly polite and the delightful lady in the morning was a credit to the hotel.

This is a budget hotel, so done expect luxuries it could do with a lick of paint and updating. However it served our needs really well for what we were doing and the location. The continental breakfast was more than adequate and set us up for the day. Not the restaurant and grill next door is no longer open but it's nothing to do with this hotel.

Slept well on comfortable beds, staff were friendly and helpful, location was easy from ferry port, price was excellent. Hotel is a bit tired and could do with an update, but for the price I cannot complain.

Looks like the hotel is being renovated at the moment. My room had been freshly done, even including a microwave. It was perfectly pleasant for a single night and very reasonable for the small cost. Unfortunately a previous guest had clearly smoked inside so there was a strong odour when I walked in. Soundproofing is no good either. I could hear people on the balcony, but luckily no one stayed up late. Check-in at Premiere Classe hotels always seems to be slow, but the receptionist was pleasant, despite the language issues. I was able to check in earlier than 5pm without issue. I could also bring my bike into my room, or keep it inside a locked room in the reception area, which might be a good option if you have a heavy bike.

It’s a cheap 2/3 star hotel which at £40 for a double room and breakfast is a bargain. It’s not in the greatest condition but if you’re expecting more then you should be expecting to pay more. Perfect for an overnight stay before the shuttle or ferries.

The hotel is very tired. Only one of the two lights in the bathroom worked, the shower head holder was broken, the outside of the building needs a deep clean and my wife saw a rat running around outside this morning! One good thing was we walked across the road to the Best Western restaurant to eat and of course, the Premiere Class was very cheap. On the plus side, the bedding was clean and crisp and the breakfast was OK for the price. Overall though I wouldn't recommend it

Had the absolute worst possible experience with this hotel and Expedia. Me and my partner contacted Expedia explaining we'd be late to this property as the ferry wouldn't arrive until 11.30pm. Expedia told us they contacted the property and guaranteed someone would be there at all times. When we arrived at 11.30, the desk was empty, lights off, and the door locked. The car park seemed to have other people waiting as well. We attempted to contact the hotel outside line with no luck and decided to find another hotel. When we contacted Expedia they told us someone WAS at the property ready for us to check in. I attempted multiple times to get a refund but Expedia explained they couldn't get in touch with management so no refund would be possible. I wasn't expecting a high end hotel but my experience was so bad I feel like I need to warn people to NOT go here.
