Nice upper room from a house with a phenomenal view of the bay. Short walk to a local pub. Joe was a great host as he gave us a tip on were to go locally to visit a master craftsman. Enjoyable stay.

Beautiful and well cared for home. Our host, Joe was wonderful. A trek into town for dinner, but there is a pub nearby for evening drinks and the breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

Great service in this classic B&B

Excellent service from Joe our host. He sent a WhatsApp message before we arrived to help us find the place. Helped with bags in the morning and was a mine of local knowledge. Also provided an excellent breakfast and a comfortable bed.

Lovely quiet place to stay. The property was in superb condition in every respect and the big room I had facing the estuary was stunning. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and cooked the best breakfast I had on my trip. Thoroughly recommend. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for!

We booked last minute and Jo was amazing. The house is very new and well decorated. The room was impeccable and the breakfast gorgeous. If coming back to this area 100% staying there. Thank you for the tip, we stopped at Kilkenny.

A wonderful house to stay in. It is a beautiful property in a gorgeous neighbourhood with stately garden and well-designed, very private rooms. The welcome was warm. The house is easily accessed and the room was beautifully designed and exceptionally well-kept. En suite bathroom was luxurious. Bed was comfortable, and room and lighting were flawless. We slept soundly. Breakfast was a delicious multi-course feast of fruit, granola, eggs, soda bread and traditional Irish elements that kept us going all day.

We had a wonderful stay at Dun Ard. Joe is very welcoming and attended to all our needs and inquiries. Anne made a wonderful breakfast. The location is lovely and the view from our room was fantastic. We highly recommend Dun Ard and hope to return one day.

Perfect 10 experience!

Beautiful, clean and well appointed room in a lovely home. Our hosts were wonderful with many great suggestions on sites and meals. The daily breakfast was delicious! Dungarvan is a charming location and a great launching point for the area cities and sites. Highly recommend booking your stay at the Dun Ard House.
