Tidy and clean. Well priced. Bathroom looked new. Outside area a bit run down but safe and quiet. A great place to stay when traveling to Edinburgh.

It's my understanding this hotel is recently under new ownership. It's obvious they are working diligently to make it better. Room was great. Very clean. Only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. Would definitely stay there again.
